I can’t say enough good things about strength training with Dan! Although I considered a generic personal trainer at the local gym, I’m so glad that I chose Fast Track instead. Starting with a functional movement and strength screen, Dan designed a tailored program targeting my weaknesses and instabilities (hello glutes!). I’m finally learning and strengthening the correct movement patterns for sports and life. This kind of training should be mandatory for every desk-bound adult and weekend athlete. How Dan always seems to be looking when my form slips is beyond me. My only regret is not starting sooner!
