She is certified as a strength & conditioning coach through the NSCA and has a strong background in shoe prescription as it relates to running mechanics.
Morgan enjoys working with people from all walks of life and empowering them to achieve their goals. She especially enjoys working with athletes who are recovering from injury or looking for ways to prevent risk of future injury. Right now, her professional interest is caring for patients who suffered from a concussion and helping them return to their active lifestyles.
Morgan competitively ran cross country and track and field at the Division II level for Seton Hill University, with the 5- & 10-K as her primary track events. She still enjoys running and training for half-marathons today, as well as strength training and getting outdoors for a scenic hike. She is originally from Pittsburgh, where most of her family still lives today, so she is looking forward to exploring the Metro DC area and all that it has to offer.
