Anne Barrazotto , CMT, Graston Provider
After Graduating from the University of Georgia, Anne worked for 14 years in Sales and Project Management at the Xero Corporation. Her love of sports and exercise led her to become a personal trainer in 2006. She trained local clients in her home operation for 12 years, empowering individuals to become stronger and more confident.
Anne pursued her certification in massage therapy to add another dimension to her services. She became a licensed Massage Therapist in 2014 and has developed a strong interest in targeted soft tissue work to create real change in pain reduction and improved athletic performance. She joined Fast Track to become part of a collaborative team to deliver top-level care and real solutions to athletes. Anne is proficient in the following modalities:
- Targeted and Specific Soft Tissue Work
- Vibration Therapy
- Active Release Technique (ART)
- Sports Massage
- Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)
Anne has a diverse athletic background playing several sports in high school including basketball, field hockey, track. She continues to pursue her own healthy lifestyle and she her current favorite activity is playing tennis.
