Greetings from Hawaii! I PRed by 24 minutes and 27 seconds!!! Final time 5:02:54. I was so close to breaking 5 and thought I was gong to do it, but there was a very steep, long hill around Diamond Head (the Volcano on the island) in the last three miles.
Runners - like cars with high mileage - require both breakdown repair and preventative maintenance. Fast Track fitness is outstanding at providing both. Kerri and her team have helped me recover from debilitating Achilles tendinitis and have fixed my running form to reduce the likelihood of future injury.
